Creative Financial Designs was founded in 1982 and is a Registered Investment Adviser based in Kokomo, Indiana. From day one, our advisers have exemplified integrity and a steadfast commitment to client-focused service. With over three decades of experience, our Investment Management Team continues to grow, ensuring we remain ready to address the evolving needs of both you and your clients. cfd Investments Inc., is registered as a Registered Broker/Dealer. Founder, Mick Owens, serves as the firm's first president, a role he would hold until 1998.
Brent Owens, son of founder Mick Owens, is named President of cfd Invesments, Inc., and Creative Financial Designs. At the time, the firm served 50 Financial Advisers with an average production of less than $10,000 per adviser.
The CFD Companies crosses over 100 Financial Advisers served.
Kris Hale is named Vice President of cfd Investments, Inc., and Kregg Rooze is named Vice President of Creative Financial Designs.
Creative Financial Centre opens. The CFD Companies move into a 44,000 square foot, custom built home office building to house a growing staff and be able to host annual conferences.
Creative Financial Designs crosses $1 billion in AUM.
Creative Financial Designs, through in-house money management, adviser discretionary management and engaged third party asset managers, crosses $3 billion in AUM.
Average production per adviser exceeds $350K.
